Worst office I have ever been to. I have sent message after message and crickets. All the doctors left, but one. The remaining Dr is nice, but you can only see him for injections. The NP I see is horrible. I don't even know if she understands me because she says nothing after I tell her my various issues. When I had Dr. Bustos it was barely better. He was moody and rude to me. I know pain management is a rough job, but you shouldn't take it out in the patients who are kind and follow the rules. They also do not treat patients the same. For some they make you drug test each time you get meds, while others are not tested for years. They barely give pain meds to some, but to others they give way too much. I am in pain daily, have back issues, fibromyalgia, etc. Yet I have to hound them for 30 pain pills and I can't even get them regularly. If you want an injection you have to wait for months out. It's crazy how this practice even stays in business.

DO NOT GO HERE, if you have pain. The Provider argued with me and told me to go somewhere else if I donu2019t like it. Horrible to consider this is who I entrust with my pain management. I have been going here a few years but it has gotten progressively worse. Itu2019s not worth it to feel attacked by the very person caring for you. The last NP (not doctor) is rude and is in the wrong profession. They didnu2019t even call in my prescription, after my last visit, incompetent!!

Used to be so good then Dr Bustos left and new doctor refuses to use the same meds previous doctor used so after 3 epidurals this year still in excruciating pain. I used to fo 4-5 months between procedures under Dr Bustos. Dr Minkoff and staff have taken this place downhill. Looking for a new and better pain management doctor.

I've been going to this facility for several years as I have stage 4 endometriosis, since my last 20+ surgeries my oncologist referred me to them. I have had several providers, the best one was Robert De Leon he would be courteous and would ask how I've been since my last appointment. This new one Alice Consten is rude and unprofessional.I explained the reason I go to their facility and asked her if she had heard of endometriosis and her response was are you questioning me I went to school for this my reply was yes because when I mention endometriosis to other's they say they have never heard of it. I'm the one with stage 4 endometriosis and Alice Consten should not question my diagnosis and instead she lowered my pain medication. I told her I take ibuprofen 800 and ration my pills to when the pain threshold is a 10. I'm not there for the opiod unfortunately oncologist refuses to operate anymore.Also I notified Alice Consten that I had left a urine sample on July 27th and she insisted that I never did, I told her I don't need to lie and she insisted that I never did because it wasn't logged in mind you this was September 4th when I went to see her and all she kept saying is that I could call the lab and ask them about it myself. So I asked her if we we're done so I could leave as I was so upset. Then on the way home she left me a voicemail stating that the lab just found my results and would now be updated in my records. How can this happen and my sample be found more than a month later or better yet retest your urine that's a month old either their office is not properly logging in and left unattended or the lab they use has issues but either way they are unprofessional and I do not recommend them. Robert De Leon is not with that practice and if i knew where he was I would change facilities.

Going to echo all of the reviews already left. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I wouldnu2019t even send my worse enemy here. My doctor office had to do a whole new referral for a different place bc this place is negligent and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. Run far from this place if youu2019re referred here. Save yourself the time and stress. They do not manage pain, just cycle people in and out so they can charge insurance.
