They were rude and then called my employer because it was a work related accident reason why I had to come in , and they told HR that I had hurt the same body part years earlier which work already knew because I had told them that. I always wondered if that was a HIPPA violation.

I called ahead of time so I could get my item quickly. Only to get there and have to wait 20 mins because they didn't have any in stock. First I was told they gave it to someone already then the ones they had was defective but they didn't know. So I had to wait til they brought some. I was at work on a break and because of their carelessness and lack of communications I missed my lunch. So now I starving and have no time to eat because I'm back at work. Your company as whole needs to do a lot better. This is my second horrible experience with company never again after this because it's been yrs since the first experience smh.

Went there today in Girard . They didnu2019t carry what I needed . Instead of telling just that . They looked at differnt places for me went on the internet and found what I was looking for . And even came up for a makeshift device that I needed . So knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them !!!!

Since the day i got my cpap ive.never.been contacted again for any sort of follow up. If i wanted supplies, I perused them. My data pn my machine has never been checked and no correspondence between BMS and my physician has ever occured. Their costumer care sucks. Ive resorted to ordering my sipplies on Amazon.

One month before the wheelchair my wife was using would have been hers they demanded the chair back saying her insurance had changed. It hadn't. Even though her insurance wanted to make the last payment, as they had been paying for it, they refused. If we can avoid them never again
