I went to this urgent care because I had a deep, painful cough and pain when breathing. The doctor briefly looked at my throat and ears, then immediately asked, u201cWhat do you want, a Z-Pack?u201d I told her I didnu2019t knowu2014I came for medical help, not to request specific medications.nnShe said she didnu2019t see or hear anything wrong and didnu2019t know what to do for me. I explained again that my lungs hurt, coughing was painful, and breathing itself was painful. Only then did she finally listen to my lungs and casually mention it might be bronchitis. She gave me an inhaler and sent me on my way.nnThis isnu2019t the first time weu2019ve felt brushed off at this urgent care, but it is the most convenient one to us. Still, that doesnu2019t excuse the lack of real care. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and unsure if anything was actually addressed. Thereu2019s a very real possibility the medication wonu2019t helpu2014because no one took the time to figure out what was actually wrong.nnOverall, I feel like something needs to be done about the level of care being given here. Patients deserve to be listened to, taken seriously, and treated with real concernu2014especially when they come in pain.

I was a walk-in patient and had very little wait time. u00a0The staff was most courteous and met my needs. u00a0They were patient and understanding. u00a0I felt like my Provider was attentive and truly interested in my care. u00a0I highly recommend Bon Secours Urgent Care and thankful they are part of our Winchester community.

Great staff! I was seen quickly and treated. I was advised to go to the ER for further treatment. They called ahead for me and I was seen as soon as I arrived. They were correct in their assessment as my condition was truly life threatening. Great facility!

All the staff were very kind and thoughtful. The environment was very clean, calm and not at all stressful. The medical staff were excellent, and treated me with a lot if kindness, understanding, and of course the right medical treatment I needed. I would definitely go here again for urgent care needs.

Zero stars Worst experience with a doctor or medical facility ever. Not star worthy.nAbsolutely a waiste of time and money. Went in with neck and shoulder pain expecting to get an ex Ray. After being brought back and explaining my issue multiple times I was told there ex Ray machine has not worked in years although it states on the website they have one.nThen told I could get a EKG? Didn't have any issues with my heart, it's my shoulder. Then told we can't help you. And I had to pay for that!
