I have been going to this office for over 5 years now. Dr Evive and his team is good people. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. However I did have an issue w the front desk staff being rude and not tentative to the patients as they came in. I had addressed the issue w the Dr, and he corrected the issue bc my next visit she was more cordial and people friendly!

Dr Evive is one of the most crucial doctors I have ever met. He is very detailed when it comes to his patients. He makes sure that they are ok and you are not leaving until you are ok. I have experienced this with him. Thumbs ud83dudc4d for Dr. Evive.

The WORST location, I literally have to wait 4 months for a prior authorization. They lazy, rude and donu2019t want to do their jobs. Is EXPECTED, just look at the people working there. I am literally still without my medication. The doctors are Rude, Disrespectful, and once again LAZY! I will be reporting them to the NC MEDICAL BOARD ! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS! They have some nerve. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.nnIf you that lazy to not want to ensure your patient obtains their medication by FAXING OVER THE DOCUMENTATION NEEDED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. Then HIRE MORE STAFF TO ASSIST OR GET OUT THE MEDICAL FIELD. This INDUSTRY IS NOT FOR YOU. DUH!

Dr. Evive is so unprofessional. I have been waiting for him to correct my paper work for a surgery for 3/4 weeks now. ONE little mistake that he made that needs to be corrected and he still has not fixed it. I have had my advisor and my surgeon reach out to him numerous times over the past few weeks and he has not gotten back to anyone even after stating that it was noted. Not only that, i had the same issue when it came to my EKG results. I have already reported this issue and am still waiting for the manager over there to contact me back.nnUpdate, hereu2019s the messages with the dates!! I have been up there twice . He wants me to come back and make a appointment for the 3rd time just to fix one thing!! Be careful, i feel like he does this to bill your insurance ud83dudcafu2026 because this makes absolutely no sense.

This practice treated both my parents. My experience with them was not good when I started taking care of my mother. They were impossible to reach, unresponsive to requests for weeks whether it be referrals, medicine refills. I had to find another practice with better communication and organization. It's sad because our community deserves better.
