Great experience from the amazing registration staff to the physicians assistant and the doctor. I was out at ease, laughed with folks and felt belonging and appreciation. Yesterday was the second time I visited this urgent care and appreciated everybody who I met there. Everybody from the receptionist to the provider to the nurse were kind and helpful, sympathetic, and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this urgent care as I couldnu2019t say that about other urgent cares that Iu2019ve been to. This is my favorite choice when I need to visit an urgent care.

This is the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. There was a rude front desk woman that insisted I wait for over an hour, while other patients that arrived after me were seen. Absolutely unacceptable and despicable.

They were so kind, understanding, and compassionate. Their care was top notch .I was a walk in because I wasn't sure what time I would be able to get there. The check in process was super easy. The staff was amazing. They showed so much understanding, compassion, and really cared about how I was doing and how to get me better. I am truly grateful for the wonderful people that worked with me.

Needed a urinalysis completed for a new job and chose this location due to its close proximity to home. Wrong choice!nI would choose a location that has appointments for physicals and urine screens in the future instead of one that only takes walk-ins for the entire schedule. A wrong choice if you want them to respect your time.nCheck in process: check in process was ok. You check in on an iPad with no communication from a person behind the glass. Get a text to finish process online. No ability to distinguish between pre work screening versus actual urgent care matter. Had to go to the window to clarify that I was there for a work pre screen.nOnline wait list: You could see an online wait list, but it wasn't helpful due to lots of people getting processed before me with no update to actual wait time.nCommunication: Communication was actual crap! I was there 1 hr before getting up and asking at the window about where I was in the process. Not sure was the answer. Let me tell you I was there 2 hours for a urinalysis screen....if someone had said they were extra busy and allowed me to make a choice about my schedule...then I wouldn't be leaving this review. But no....after 1.5 hours I was told it would be ten more minutes...nope.nStaff: Staff in the back were kind and apologetic...which is why they got one more star (2 total).
