I've been a patient at Bond Clinic for years. I often have to have blood work done. I ask for Kieanna to drawn my blood every time I go. She does an excellent job, especially since I have very small and deep veins. Today I had a procedure done, that I have never had done before, and I was very nervous. The staff that checked me in, were very understanding and explained everything to me. Joy from nuclear medicine was able to get the IV in quickly and with no pain! The ladies that performed the scan were so nice, and they explained everything to me, prior to the scan. The entire experience was better than I thought it would be. Great team of employees!!

I recently visited the main building of Bond Clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I could not enter with my service dog because he was not visibly identified as such. I explained that service dogs are not required to wear identification, but she insisted that, since this was a hospital, he had to be clearly marked.nnShortly after, another staff member approached me with the ADA Regulations, claiming that my dog was an emotional support animal. I tried to explain that this was not the case, but she continuously interrupted me and refused to listen. It is truly unfortunate that assumptions were made simply because my service dog is small.nnIn a healthcare setting, one would expect a greater level of understanding and kindness, but sadly, that seems to have been lostu2014at least in the main building. However, I want to acknowledge that my experience at the downtown building was much more pleasant, with staff who were professional and accommodating. I hope Bond Clinic ensures that all locations maintain the same level of respect, understanding, and proper training regarding service animals.

Go somewhere else!! 3yrs ago I received a cancer diagnosis and had to get a primary Dr. to receive my treatment for cancer. During a visit my Dr. let her pride get in the way and became verbally upset with me because of my surgeon's request for me to see a cardiologist. She had giving me clearance and stated that should be sufficient for the surgeon.Today at my visit she not once addressed my concern for being there nor did she listen to one thing I said. All she is concerned with is seeing as many patients as possible and collecting the funds. People's lives are at risk here and we should be treated better. Luckily I have a clinic at work for most daily health issues and only have to deal with this place once a year incase something major comes up again.

Go somewhere else, 7 days for Xray to be uploaded into system, call a Doctor's office you are going right to voice mail. 3-5 days for a return call better hope you don't miss it. Expect another 3 days for a return call after you explain your issue. This Clinic is either overwhelmed and or understaffed.

Bond Clinic is working on improvements and one thing theyu2019ve always had is that you have all of your medical needs together, the phone situation has improved, and as for my opinion and all of the other patients who Iu2019m sure would agree we have a really good primary care physician.
