Service at the center was sufficient for an urgent care need. Follow up was lacking. Calling to speak to a representative is an insane process filled with garbage AI and calls from Alabama that put you on hold then disconnect. If you need to reach this business by phone It is impossible. the one star is for the actual staff at the office but there is no administrative staff located there and no help can be found by phone

Really liked Dr Colon. However, the office is dirty and obviously not sanitary, sinks, floors, etc. The nurse handled my blood without gloves!! Is she handling someone elseu2019s the same way? And then treating me? And finally, I waited 45 minutes to have blood drawn only to have the practice close the lab to take care of a special patient with no idea how long it would be closed. No one cared myself and two others had been waiting so long!! I called and asked to speak to the Practice Manager who failed to return my call! BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT SEEK CARE HERE!!

I would like to say that I have been pleased with the treatment I have received from Thomasville Family Medicine up until 05/31/16. After being advised by the pharmacy to contact my physician about my prescription, I contacted Thomasville Family Medicine to request a refill on said prescriptions and was referred to the collection manager for a balance less than $25. I was informed that no message or doctor visit/request would be permitted until the balance was paid in full. So I asked the account manager about the minimal balance and if it was worth more than a patient's life if that medicine depended on them living or dying. She advised me that all accounts must be paid in full before any request or visit is permitted. After paying the balance over the phone, in order to have my request sent to the physician. I was left on hold for an excessive amount of time. I disconnected the call and called back to the office two hours later to check on the prescription request , I was advised that the prescription request takes time. Understand, that by this time the pharmacy as well as myself called for a prescription request. Only to not receive my prescription request by the close of business. The most disappointing part other than not receiving my prescription, is the fact that I did not even receive so much as a call back.

Discharged myself in 2012 to move to another state. I applied to become a new patient again in 2018, was informed that because I left their office I would not be allow to be a patient again, ever.nnMy family of 5 will never step foot in this facility again, we will be taking all of our business elsewhere.nnPatients beware.
