I canu2019t express enough gratitude for the incredible care my loved one received whole at Winding Trails. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Each team member, from nurses to aides, treated my family member with dignity and respect, making them feel at home.I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a skilled nursing facility. They provide not just medical care, but also heartfelt support and companionship. Thank you for everything you do!

Very kind and receptive staff. Building is very clean. The new management team is responsive to resident needs and requests. Highly recommend for short term rehabilitation or long term care.

My father spent 2.5 weeks at Manor Care after a week at Boulder Community Hospital. The staff was wonderful in every way. When he was discharged, he was much healthier and stronger and most of all his spirits were high. He was treated with compassion, respect, caring, responsiveness and humor, but was also pushed to get better and stronger especially when he didn't want to be pushed. (It was what he needed and is the only reason he got out as soon as he did).Dad speaks of his experience very fondly and always points out how much he liked the entire staff and how good he felt the meals were.Personally (as being responsible for my father), dealing with Manor Care staff at all levels, from administration, to social workers, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, kitchen staff and everyone else, showed how well they are organized and what a great team they have. Each staff member put the Caring in Care.It was an extremely pleasant experience (given the gravity of the situation). I am incredibly grateful.

My 95 year old mother has been at Winding Trails, formerly Manor Care, for three years now. She pays through her pension, social security and Medicare benefits as well as Medicaid.Iu2019m in California and three years ago was still the height of the pandemic. The office was very helpful with navigating admissions. My mother is bedridden and cannot sit up. She needs to washed and changed. Her life is awful as her great passions in life are gone. She canu2019t see the TV nor read her books. So she is not pleasant. She has gotten covid while in their care. And there are times sheu2019s not changed for hours and hours. The cnau2019s give my mother what is minimally required. The food is vile. Her room is filthy. When the lights go off her oxygen goes off. No back up generator apparently. As I am unable to care for my mother I am grateful she has the basics. And that is what it is. Very basic care.

Manor Care Boulder is a fantastic, caring environment. The staff is incredible! The people there made the best out of a hard time in our lives. We had our mother there and the caring and professional staff was outstanding. The love and support that everyone provided was unmatched. If anyone needs to have a loved one in a nursing home, this is the place. It was clean, friendly, and people are actually happy! Thank you Manor Care!!!
