Loved it here. Both of my children were new patients and I was out of there in less than an hour. The experience here was great starting with the professional and attentive staff and especially Mr. Leyva. He did an excellent job in taking care of my children and went above and beyond to make the children feel safe and comfortable. Very surprised at the excellent customer service and the quickness of the staff to get patients in and out. Will definitely be changing my urgent care center to this one.

Thankful for the treatment they gave to my son when he had an accident at home, he got better in a short time.. The staff is very nice, they accept a lot of insurances and that's is great.

Horrible service. The young u201cdoctoru201d came in for 1 minute did not introduce himself and told me he would send medication if needed depending on my urine exam. I told him I was very hot and dizzy and he ignored me and left. My husband and I waited in the lobby and the u201cdoctoru201d came up to us in front of other patients to tell me my diagnosis. That is a HIPPA Violation. Very disappointed and will NEVER go again. That u201cdoctoru201d needs to go back to school and actually learn how to treat patients.

Took our son last night to get confirmation on ear infection & this clinic never sent his much needed antibiotics and pain relief medication to the 24 hour pharmacy. Called the urgent care in the morning but of course they are closed. What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that I went back to the clinic after the pharmacy told me they didnu2019t have his prescription sent in and the receptionist and PA assured me it would be sent. Do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience, was there more than an hour and I was seen ppl that got there after us been taken back. I went to ask if they could let me know how many patients still infront of us and they couldnu2019t find my daughter in the system. When I got there and signed in she was NEVER added in. The receptionist didnu2019t acknowledge her mistake nor she ever turned to look at me. They asked her to check and all she said u201cshe nextu201d. The other staff member just looked at me and said u201cwe will add her in right nowu201d REALLYu2026. I know it was busy and things happen and as simple as acknowledging the mistake would have gone a long way. Obviously I left and took my daughter elsewhere. PLEASE DO BETTERu2026
