Staff and doctor's are incredibly kind and helpful when I went. Didn't have to wait for long and the waiting room was pleasant and clean.nnThis review is directed at their billing. I went in June and didn't receive a bill until December. Then I was only given a month to pay a bill of $363. When I was only able to make a partial payment, they bumped the bill to $454. Are you kidding me right now?nnI make less than $30,000 a year and applied for financial assistance and was denied. $454 for 93 cents worth of antibiotics for a sinus infection. As someone from out of state, I'm very disappointed in how they handle their billing. Not everyone is a transplant Bozeman-ite with millions and millions of dollars.nnEdit:nI spoke to a financial advisor back in June and this entire situation still happened the way it did.

Got over a $500 bill for my kid to be given ibuprofen and sent home. Then they tacked on $100 for beginning a couple days late in payment while we tried to understand the bill. Would never recommend them based solely on their billing policy.

Every experience I've had here has been an absolute joke. There is no sense of accountability and no patient advocacy or communication. I wish there was another option for emergency treatment in the Gallatin Valley.

I went into the ER at 630 this morning with appendicitis. Every single nurse, doctor, MA, CT scan technician, training nurse, EVERYONE that I saw today were so amazing and kind and caring. Always checking on me, making sure I was comfortable. They even got me into surgery way before I expected! It was a scary situation, in which the Bozeman ER/surgical staff made me feel safe, calm and taken care of. They did such a good job, I hope I never have to see them again ud83dude1c
