Great clinic, Dr. Anthony is great, professional and understanding so far so good! I have not had any issues with any of the doctors here or the front desk or any of Miss scheduling. I get a call Or text when itu2019s my next appointment approximately 1 week ahead which I think thatu2019s great so I can plan ahead of time for my PTO.

The service is terrible. They donu2019t even know how to schedule appointments. They double and triple appointments, you end up waiting for hours.nYou donu2019t get any calls back. The list goes on and on. It worth it to drive to Naples for better service

This clinic has seriously declined since its opening. The front desk staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. Moreover, they frequently ignore phone calls, and when they do pick up, they keep you on hold for over 20 minutes before abruptly hanging up!

Doctors/PAs are kind. PA misdiagnosed my child with scoliosis and we wasted time and money with a specialist who confirmed that this diagnosis was absolutely incorrect. Front desk staff is unkind and unhelpful and acts annoyed that they are being bothered every time they answer the phone. 90% of the time they just say u201cI donu2019t knowu201d in response to questions that it is their role to answer.
