Visited the ER - was registered quickly and seen right away. It wasn't busy for most of my visit so maybe that helped. The entire staff was super friendly and gave positive vibes, that they enjoyed their jobs and truly wanted to help. I feel like everyone was attentive but one person went above and beyond. I believe his name is Brad - he checked on me several times, came in to explain what they were doing and how long it would be. He even helped get me released quicker even though his shift was ending and he was heading out. They were right on schedule and did what they said would happen right when it was supposed to, even after it did get busy. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how efficient the overall experience was.

I have to compliment your hospital. All of the staff were extremely courteous and I was glad to see thatu2019s also a teaching hospital. I think itu2019s very important that we look after the future. Everyone was very caring, attentive and make sure I was comfortable at all times. The test ordered were carried out in a very timely manner, and I appreciate your staff immensely.

It was good. Got a CT done and everyone was nice. Sorry the doctor probably got the worse of my issues at the time because I was finally resting and he woke me up to ask questions after a benadryl cocktail. He still gave me great care.

I want to Thank ER and ICU nurses and doctors for the great care I was given for the time I spent there in March. I was then put in a room on the 2nd floor before I was released. I feel Angie went above and beyond with her care. The night shift RN, Kim, has a little attitude..(maybe just me).

The Night Shift in the ER is amazing!!!! They went above and beyond to help my husband with his severe pain and thoroughly ran proper tests to find the root of the problem. I want to personally give a shout out to Lacie, Sophie, Jennifer, Crystal J and all of the ER here at CHI St. Luke's. Thank you so much!!! The level of care and comfortability to both my husband and I is worth a great review and more!!! Thank you again!!! Keep up the good work!!!
