At this point, Iu2019m not even certain the doctor who treated my husband earlier today, actually went to medical school. The level of incompetence is staggering. Had we followed her advice, we would have paid out of pocket $1200-$5,000 for an MRI at St Johnu2019s - which by the way he didnu2019t need. He was in excruciating pain, could barely walk and yet the doctor was only willing to give him an Aleve. Paradoxically, her diagnosis was that he possibly needed testicular surgery. We went to another hospital; one probably not getting a referral fee for the MRI; they used the same symptoms and basic diagnostic tools like blood and urine draw to diagnose my husband with a UTI. We wasted a whole day because of her terrible standard of practice. Curious to read how the owner explains his way out of this mess.

I was there today with a clogged ear, pain, and hearing loss. They were able to diagnose the problem and clear the blockage within a reasonable amount of time. They were extremely nice and thorough!

Paid $215 to get sick with Covid.nShowed up at 11:30 to get my dry cough that I've had for weeks checked out. There was 1 person in line waiting. They asked me to come back after their lunch break. They would call me once they got back from lunch.nI came back at 2pm with no call from them and their office waiting room was now full of people.nWaited 15 minutes in the waiting room for a 5 minute exam telling me to take Claritin and Robitussin as I might have allergy. Got home and a few hours later got a worse cough. Tested today and I have Covid.nInstead of just having me squeeze in for a 5 minute exam before their lunch break and never calling back. Thanks.
