I was seen here very quickly wait time was very short the doctor was very nice and prescribed me medication that I needed I am going to refer my friends and family here in the community. The doctor and nurses were very helpful and knowledgeable they also helped me get home with medical transportation. They also provide Wi-Fi.

This place use to provide free COVID test with my insurance. They said they changed their system and now require $50 co pay, even though my insurance policy hasnu2019t changed.nnThey said that my insurance will contact you and let you know if I over paid. They explained that they know the test should be free but their new system require us to charge everyone $50. Then my insurance company will contact me to let me know if I over paid at the urgent care.nnThen I can bring that information to the urgent care for a refund. So what was free now cost $50, and requires me to come back to get a refund. I know my insurance will 100% cover the bill so this new process just waste more of my time by requiring me to come back to get a refund.nnBetween their inability to properly handle billing. They also implemented a new electronic system that no one is trained on. My rapid test which normally takes 15 mins took 2 hours.nnI highly recommend anyone consider a different urgent care as this place has lost all hope of being a decent, efficient, establishment.nnNever coming back again.

I came here because Iu2019ve heard a lot about this place from my relatives and friends they were all happy with the service. So far the best caring and most importantly efficient urgent care Iu2019ve been to. Was here for iv due to dehydration , took me in immediately, no wait time at all , staff is professional nice and fast. I went to UCLA ER for the same reason and waited from 8pm - 6am pregnant dizzy and fainted (for waiting 10 hours) just to get iv fluids, I wish I came straight up here! Thank you guys for the quick service

This urgent care is like a hell. They don't know what they are doing. The receptionists were so rude and aggressive. They told me the wait time is 30 minutes but i was there for almost 2 hours and they didn't care. It was strange because they didn't have any patient and all rooms were available. When I complaint about wait time, they said go to other urgent care and mentioned the doctor is so slow. The worst thing: the doctor was unprofessional and didn't do anything. I said my blood pressure is too low and I don't feel well. They even didn't get my blood pressure and the doctor simply said your blood pressure is good. When I said nobody got my blood pressure and you didn't check that, a nurse came and check my blood pressure and go to your primary doctor and we can not do anything for you. One star is too much for them. I prefer to give them negative or 0 star. Please don't go there and don't waste your time and money.

I visited Brentwood Urgent Care yesterday while visiting the city. I was seen promptly and efficiently with care and knowledge by the staff and the doctor. It was a very pleasant experience. This morning I received a totally unexpected follow-up call checking on my condition. I wish I received this level of care from my own doctor on the East Coast. It has been a most heart-warming experience and the treatment is improving my condition. Thank you.
