Every time I have been here for urgent care, I have been treated with the utmost professional and courteous kindness. Sign in process was very efficient, triage was excellent, Darla listened and diagnosed with ease. My appointment was around 10 am and I was feeling better by 3 pm. I will be back if I need Urgent Care in the future! Excellent staff all around!

The staff in the front have the behavior of 5-8 year olds playing who are lost and canu2019t understand professionalism. They stated my results would be shared within 3 days. After 2 weeks and multiple call backs to the front desk staff (who are completely lost) I finally received them.nnThey didnu2019t call me, I had to call them. Hold on it gets worse.nnWhich was misdiagnosed by the medical professional who stated u201cIu2019m sure itu2019s thisu201d. Who didnu2019t wear gloves while performing the tests. (gross)nnYou would have a more positive experience going on sarno and finding the first person you meet on the sidewalk and giving them the money I paid here and had a more pleasant experience.
