I had the opportunity to use the MD NOW Urgent Care in Jensen Beach this past FRIDAY. The staff at the front desk was helpful and greeted me in a friendly manner. The appointment was for a surgical clearance. The Medical Assistant was very kind and efficient. The doctor was most helpful and finished up the visit.. I left the office while the clearance was sent to the surgeon.. Mission accomplished!! I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Their ad says open until 8 so I drove out there to find a sign on the door that says closes at 5!nI went back the next day and had to wait at least an hour before they called me in. It wasnu2019t crowded at all. 1 person waiting when I got there. The Dr was nice but spent 5 minutes with me at the most and said we needed to x ray my wrist. I knew that, thatu2019s why I went there. I waited again and a girl did my X-rays, and then I waited again. Finally the nurse came in and said the Dr didnu2019t see anything broken but they would call me if the radiologist saw anything different. It took a little over 2 hours for an appointment that could have been done in a half hour. It seems thereu2019s a problem with time management. Iu2019m from the north so maybe this is a Florida thing. It seems they donu2019t rush with anything.

Prompt, professional, efficient and helpful. Chris was so caring as he was assisting me with my X-rays and recording all of my information. All the staff was very nice. I was in and out in 30 mins.

The day before I was to have knee surgery, the Orthopedic doctor's office called and asked me if I had all my pre-op things doneud83dude21I had called them twice a month before the surgery and left two messages for the surgery coordinator, asking what I needed to do, never got a reply back. I assumed, and you know what they say about assume...that I was all set! I had to get blood work done, EKG, and exam to be able to go in the next morning for surgery or it would have to be cancelled. I have my primary doctor, and that's who I should have seen had they called me back to let me know. The orthopedic office advised me to immediately go to MD Now Urgent Care, hoping they could help me, and they did. The receptionist at the desk was kind and helped me calm down, and assured me they would do everything they could to get me to that surgery the next morning, and they did. I can't thank them all enough. They were all understanding, kind and listened to my concerns. It's nice to know this facility is right down the street from me, should my husband and I need it again. Thank you SO much!!

Came in today with my daughter Dara to have her knee checked after a fall.Joyce, the receptionist was very pleasant as usual.Dr Bailey ordered an X-ray. All in all everything was professional while being personable.
