Went into UVA urgent care today, they were fast at getting me back as well as getting diagnosed. Whitney Hood NP and Adrianne Bull as the nurse was a great team and was very helpful with reducing the cost of medicine prices. They helped me find coupons for the medicine needed and understood the situation with insurance. They were very friendly and professional. I would gladly go back any time I need to seek medical attention again. Thank you for all the help and generosity!

Absolutely unprofessional and racist. Specifically both the front desk receptionist women and NP Whitney Hood. Seems like it was such an inconvenience to let me know over the phone if they take walk ins. After arriving both me and a family member were treated horribly. I was translating for my family member when the receptionist looks at him and says u201cHe canu2019t speak for himself?u201d . I mentioned that was rude and she proceeds to say she was going to leave before she loses her job. Absolutely unprofessional. After heading to the room and talking to the NP I voiced my concerns and let her know the situation and she refused to do anything about it and basically walked away. This place acts like it is an inconvenience to them and they donu2019t care about their patients. Would not recommend. One is already not feeling well and then to be treated that way is unacceptable.

Walked in tonight at 505pm and was told the doctors have reached their limit of patients today. If the doctors have a limit why not put that in your hours? Will close when we reach our limit. Iu2019ve never heard of such a thing. Annoying to waste time driving there. I couldu2019ve understood if I was told we stop taking our last patient at 5 because they close at 6. But reached a limit?

Tested positive for Covid and was refused any treatment. They even refused to offer suggestions for places to go that would be able to give me anti-viral treatment. Literally told I was SOL. There were dirty used tissues on chairs, empty mask and hand sanitizer dispensers. This place is a joke.
