My kids go to brockport oak orchard and they are always busy so I go here all the time today my daughter has been sick since Easter, which is over a month sheu2019s blowing green snot out of her nose amoung other symptom plus 3 people in my house with sinusitis/sinus infections and she came from a family memberu2019s house who was very sick with a sinus infection and flu he told me my 13yr old and 8yr old developed bad allergies overnight even though theyu2019ve been in quarantine in their rooms I understand allergies as asthma as I and my other child have them the worse in our household to tell me my child is coughing so bad sheu2019s choking and blowing green snot out her nose since itu2019s runny itu2019s bad allergies is crazy!! do not recommend I am a homeschooling mother also I would have never took them into the docs if this was allergies never have my girls sounded like this from allergies not to mention everyone around them is sick with flu and sinusitis or colds or respiratory issues. Then when I say they react to allergy meds he tells me to still try them. ud83eudd14 I most likely will never be back and take the hour wait next door nobody knows your body or your kids like you do my daughter will now have to be taken to the emergency room if she canu2019t get a doctors appointment thank you

I got SEVERELY misdiagnosed here like some other folk, and I'm very glad to know based on these reviews that I am not the only person. Allow me to share my story: I visited ASAP on Monday because of my flu symptoms. Their blood pressure machine didn't work properly and couldn't read me. My temperature was checked but I never heard what it was, etc. Then I finally see Dr. Nissiem and I am diagnosed with thrush and strep throat (mind you, without any kind of testing or swabbing.) And then I get the two medications from my pharmacy shortly after the appointment. Everything seems good when I come home and I take the Amoxicillin which was 870 milligrams and the nystatin. About 5 hours later, my limbs start to feel rock hard, swollen and heavy. Everyone in my house instantly knew it was an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin and I had to be rushed to Brockport ER and take two benadryl before the hives started to form. I got an iv, X ray, vitals done, culture swabbing, every last thing they could possibly do for me. Well it turns out that yeah, maybe considering someone's FAMILY HISTORY OF BEING ALLERGIC TO AMOXICILLIN IS A CONCERN YOU SHOULD NOT DISMISS. and, I had Flu type B. Horribly misdiagnosed. Your establishment is just like your neighbor Wellnow, who are SCAMMERS! I was between the thread of life and death because ya'll persisted on Amoxicillin. Candida has NOTHING to do with the flu, geniuses. I had to have a steroid through an IV to stop the Amoxicillin from slowly killing me any more.

Wanted to be seen by WellNow but they had an emergency and had to be seen at the ASAP Medical in Brockport. Started symptoms Monday and was seen Thursday by Doctor Nassiem. Doctor had a great bedside manner but did not test for COVID, RSV or FLU. Said I had a cold essentially and sent me home with a script for cough medicine and inhaler and told me to be seen again if symptoms worsened. Here I am Sunday (3 days later) and at my worst. Seen again at UR Urgent Care and am suspected to have the flu. Dr. Nassiem failed me as now it is too late in my diagnosis to treat with any flu medications.nThat should tell you enough.
