Jury still out on this practice. My husband and I are new patients due to our old pcp closed their office. We were apprehensive after our initial visit and after my 2nd visit today; in reviewing the dictation from my physician in my patient portal of the visit, along with a reluctance in refilling my husbandu2019s diabetic medication with enough refills til his next already scheduled appointment, we are going to be looking for a provider we feel more confident in our care. Also the elderly receptionist downstairs at check in is very impatient, rude and needs to speak up!! The very sweet young girl sitting next to her has to make up for her unprofessionalism.

I have seen dr Conley for years and she is the only reason I ever came here. I had an issue when I changed my insurance and I got a new pcp. I never got to see dr grey because they said she wasnu2019t available for months even after I went to the er. When I sw mrs cooly it went terrible and I never wanted to go back ever again. The people who schedule appointments has been very mean and lying about availability. When I call the front desk I get an appointment. I spoke to the office manager and she was compassionate and now that Iu2019m on the phone she will not listen to me and she kept saying listen and talking over me. I would suggest you stay far away from here. Everything is awful and my experience has been worse than er experiences. I never even got to see dr grey and when on the phone with the office manager ask why I canu2019t she would not listen and kept talking over me because she had no idea what I was trying to say. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Iu2019m moving to uab in gardendale for primary care.

I have been a patient for many years, but it has become much more difficult to get in to see a Dr. I just had a 6mo ck up cancelled by the office. I have been trying for weeks to get a sooner appt due to many issues that have occured since I was there . Fall ,2 surgeries, etc* notice the dates on the good reviews are mostly years ago. I loved Dr. Gray & NP Cooley until they started overbooking resulting in poor quality of care for patients .

I made an appointment with Dr. Conley over a month ago for 10/12/22. On today (10/11/22) I get a call to confirm my appointment and another call to reschedule it because I shouldnu2019t have been scheduled for 1:00PM on the 12th. u201cThatu2019s not a new patient appointment.u201d Of course she blamed the computer system for allowing her to make the appointment.nThe other dates offered absolutely did not work for me due to it being 4th quarter (work obligations). I expressed this and no other concessions were offered, no concern for my immediate health needs. So I pay the price one month later due to staff negligence. I called back and asked for the office manager and was told she wasnu2019t available. I was also told she was in two different places in the same conversation. I canceled altogether and will not be rescheduling. Dr Conley came highly recommended but I will never know. I hate her patient load is being affected due to staff incompetence! Very disappointed.
