The lack of communication is disappointing, if your childu2019s provider calls out you wonu2019t know until you arrive at the appointment. If you come for a 9am appointment be prepared to not be seen until 10:30. As someone who has been coming here for years itu2019s sad to see a decline in the service rather than progress. The only thing that seemed to be getting u201cbetteru201d with the place is the freshly painted walls and new tile floors.

I will no longer be going to BMS for my medical needs. Dr. Pinckney is rude and unprofessional. He is also a liar. I asked him to prescribe a weight loss drug. He prescribed the wrong dosage the first time which I had to bring to his attention after a whole month of waiting and doing my own research. When I came back a month later he writes the correct one just to tell me a few weeks that the prescription will not approved because of tariffs. He had no intention of putting the prescription through that is why he prescribed the incorrect dosage in the first place. BMS doctors are the worst.

Everyone from security to the reception was very pleasant and professional. Even though I couldn't see the dentist, they informed with the information that I needed. If I were to change my medical coverage,I would definitely change to a coverage that the clinic uses.

Worst medical experience if you really care about your health ! The receptionist go on break whenever they feel like ! There is never noone sitting at the desk to answer your calls questions or concerns ! They donu2019t follow up with your appointments or lab results!! so you will not really know what is wrong with you or your child !!! This place is not for ppl that needs to see real doctors. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH !

I've been coming to BMS for over 16 years. Dr. Daniel Lowe at 595 main office is so unprofessional, rude, obnoxious and a manipulative liar he actually threw a item that I was showing him at me. Please if you could avoid this Dr. Daniel Lowe He is extremely rude and obnoxious. In the process of making a NY state complaint against him. He needs to be tested for drugs immediately! He's hyped, inattentive, unprofessional a liar and have no sense of care about the patients. His Dr. License needs to be revoked.
