Every time I need to ship a package, I make a mental note to avoid The Mail Shop etc. Unfortunately, my experiences here have been consistently negative. On one occasion, a package I shipped via DHL was lost, and dealing with Bruno during that situation was far from pleasant. Another time dropping off a package, he told me Iu2019d be charged if I wanted a receipt which I found unreasonable.nnThere have been several instances where I've needed to use this location, and I always end up regretting it. Today was no different. Bruno was preoccupied with something and told us, u201cIu2019m going to be awhile, ladies,u201d while a customer ahead of me continued to wait. After standing in line for 10 minutes with no progress, I decided to leave.nnAt this point, Iu2019m willing to drive much farther to drop off my DHL packages elsewhere. This location is not user-friendly, and based on other reviews, it seems Iu2019m not alone in feeling this way. If customer service is such a burden, perhaps itu2019s time for a change in profession. Rudeness has no place in any business.

Had a package get bounced around a few times between the states of departure and arrival without ever getting delivered to me. It happens, oh well. Got a call from this company saying that if the package was so important to me u201cI should have picked a better service to deliver itu201d. I absolutely agree, if a package is important to you - do not do business with this company

One of the nastiest, meanest awful men to have to deal with. We pay over $300 a year for a mailbox and speaking to this nasty mean old man Bruno is always a horrible experience. I usually say nothing and just pick up our mail and leave. This time he charged $20 because a $4 package was left there for extra days while I was in the hospital for a miscarriage. My husband asked him to please waive this one time and he refused. After I went in to resolve this issue myself despite losing so much blood, he threw a $20 bill at my face towards the counter. I broke down in tears and just left. I am canceling our mailbox and going to another place. I donu2019t need this. What an awful awful excuse of a human.

Extremely rue and insensitive. Bruno who is the owner has no respect for customers and very short tempered. He was rude and disrespectful to my pregnant wife because of a simple question. There are plenty of mailbox options out there. I would recommend shopping around for better customer service.

Bruno and his family are like everyone's family. Cheerfully serving the area for many years Bruno and his posse are always a true delight and professional. I use the Mail Shop Etc. for everything!
