Staff was super friendly. PA Cassandra was very caring and in depth with her assessment. She really took her time. She didnt just rush through like so many doctors do. The med she prescribed was apparently exactly what I needed! In less than 18 hours, my symptoms are all but gone. This is an amazing place. Best Urgent Care I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

My son suddenly had to visit Maineville Urgent Care. The office took us right away. The tone of the front desk and the Physician Assistant was sincere and helpful. They were clearly efficient in gathering the information that was needed and we were able to go right back without a wait.nThe physician assistant was cheerful, knowledgeable, gave us a full summary and explaination. She was very aware when prescribing medicine due to some allergies my child has. The medicine has worked out well and we are pleased with the entire visit. I would definitely return

Great first visit at Mercy Health UC. Our care team consisted of Dori (MA), Ashley(MA), and NP Patricia Landon. All three of them were incredibly friendly and communicative. NP Landon went over several treatment options, sent a referral for a specialist for us, and extended a prescription to get us through the weekend. Facility is clean and seemed well managed. Registration took us a little longer than expected but we weren't in the Mercy Health system prior to this visit so I should have better anticipated that.

The ladies here were great! In and out super quick but very were very thorough on the exam. They actually listened to me, which is very uncommon these days. Patricia and Ashley were great. I even had to bring my kids in later and they were just as thorough with them! 100/10.

This place is incredible. Dr. Cassie was amazing, so sincere and sympathetic to my issues and concerns. The front desk ladies were very nice and professional. 10 stars.
