This is the most caring, compassionate office I have been to in awhile. When you first walk in, you are greeted by people who look you in the eye and smile. The medical assistants who take you back to the room are warm and friendly, and the doctor!! What can I say? Truly not enough on here. He actually spent time with me and listened. I am sure he thought, what is wrong with this woman?? But when you find someone like him. Well ya cant help but be, happy! relived! it just feels right.You are not lost in the shuffle, and people care. This office is the way medicine should be. BUT please keep In mind, It Is An Urgent Care, Not McDonald's!! yes you may have to wait, but it's worth it! Don't be ugly to him or staff how do you know what's going on back there? Is it really you business? No it's not! the guy or gal in front of you could have had half an ear taken off, or worse he could be back there saving a life. Not everyone is there for one stop shopping. So relax they are worth it. Thank you Bluegrass your ud83dudc4c ud83dudc4f ud83dudc4d ud83dude0d ud83dudc96 awesome!!

It's been a year or so when my wife took to urgent care after being in the the emergency room the night before. The emergency room ignored all my systems told me I had the flu and sent me home. The next morning when Dr So walked into the room and took one look at me he knew I was really sick. He sent us the the best hospital who treated me right away. I never left the room they brought me in till 2 days later. The doctors never left me alone and never gave my family any reason to believe that I might not be coming home. My wife says Dr So saved my life that day no doubt at all. Dr So didn't even charge for my visit that day. My daughter's love him. I continue to see Dr So. It's rare to find someone you can trust. Even more amazing that hes truly kind and caring. We are truly grateful for Dr So.

Can I give negative stars? Too bad because my time there this morning was the worst I've ever experienced at an urgent care facility or doctor's office. I got there at 10am, right when they unlocked the doors. I was the first patient of the day. I'm thinking, This will be great, I'll be in and out. How wrong I was. 30 min go by and they finally take me to an exam room. 60 min go by in the exam room (!!!) and I still haven't been seen yet. I step into the hall and ask what's going on, and find out ... the doctor isn't there! He just never came into work! They told me he's in a meeting and we don't know when he'll be here, yet they're staying open (for some bizarre reason), and they're telling people who come to the window he'll be here shortly. Whatever. I finally had to just leave. Absolutely unbelievable. I'm never going to Bluegrass Urgent Care again.

Our family has been seeing Dr. So and his associates at Bluegrass Urgent Care for a number years. They have been very professional, prompt, and courtesy to all of us no matter the sickness or ailment. Very convenient location and plenty of parking. Have recommended a number of neighbors and friends to Bluegrass Urgent Care, because of the great care/service we have received.

They do not have a CT Scan machine in use and they are not open on Saturdays as the recording online indicates. The staff at the independence location when called to ask if they had a CT scan provided the information on buttermilk location not having the CT Scan in use and not being opened, but seemed very disinterested in the information the online recording has and was less than interested in having corrected. Poor service and attitude for an urgent care.
