I had just arrived in Buffalo on a Friday and needed an Urgent Care for flu-like symptoms. I arrived at The clinic after 5pm on a Friday afternoon and the staff and doc took great care of me. They were attentive, thorough, and communicated all the info in a clear way. I was prescribed the medications I needed and felt better by the next day. So thankful this urgent care was open and that the staff were so great! The clinic has a comfortable waiting room with refreshments, comfy seating and toys for my children. I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you!

Be careful about them telling you that they accept United Healthcare. They donu2019t. Their website says they do and if you call them they tell you it is accepted. Got billed almost a year later due to u201cout of networku201d for a routine urgent care visit due to an ear ache.nnOther than having to pay fully out of pocket, (which they reduced, thankfully) I received excellent and friendly care.

I have come here before a long time ago and I have friends who go here. We've all seen Leesa Belus and its always been good. Today I go in and I got a different person...a nurse practioner. Wow...from the first moment she came in she was brazen and short and condescending. I kept asking questions because I wanted to be completely informed and make sure I understood my options. She was being very vague and it appeared to me that she had no idea what she was talking about. All she could say was she couldn't answer my questions. At one point she rudely said that's what I was trying to tell you in the beginning. She says she gets what I have and she just deals with it and rides it out... like thats what i was supposed to do??? I said well it depends on how bad it is. Obviously she hasnt experienced it to the level i have but i guess she thinks shes tougher??? I don't go to urgent care unless i absolutely have to. I asked her what her name was and that i didnt see a name tag. She said we don't wear name tags and then snapped at me saying... I told you when I came in. (Why not wear name tags in the medical profession. All other places do.) I had to ask her again. She told me her first name and I asked for her last name. She said medical people don't give out their last names. Since when? I told her that everyone else I've been to does. Seriously? I said so you don't want to give me your name? She reluctantly did. By then I had enough of being treated with such disrespect. I told her she didn't seem to be patient, kind or understanding at all... and asked her why she was being this way to someone who was feeling so horrible. The whole time I got the feeling she just wanted to get me in and out. I won't list her name because I don't want to do that to her but I don't think there are many others there besides Leesa. What a shame. It was nice to have an urgent care option like that in town but I won't go there anymore if I have to see her. Went over to the JCHC clinic walk-in. Was treated for what I had with no issues. They understood it and explained things and I could tell they actually cared.
