I came to this facility from a friend's referral. I was in so much pain, I was probably not very friendly. These people at this facility are so kind and helpful and that's just the beginning. The ladies that helped and the doctor were FANTASTIC!!!!! 5 starts is not enough, if you need immediate medical help this place is my suggestion. I am sure you will get the red carpet treatment like I did............Absolute ROCK STAR associates here!!!!!!

I visited Dr. Brigitte at Entrust Immediate Care today for sinus and bronchitis treatment, and I couldn't be more impressed. She took time to listen to all my symptoms and conducted a thorough examination. Her diagnostic approach was professional yet warm, making me feel completely at ease.nnDr. Brigitte clearly explained my condition and the treatment plan she recommended. She provided detailed instructions for my medications and offered practical advice for managing my symptoms at home. Her expertise in respiratory issues was evident, and she answered all my questions patiently.nnThe entire visit was efficient yet unhurried. I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and already starting to feel better. Thank you, Dr. Brigitte, for providing such excellent care - you've earned a loyal patient!u200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200bu200b

I went to this location on a Saturday for an abscess drain (i called prior and was told they can/will do it). After paying my $90 copay and waiting over an hour, Iu2019m finally taken to an exam room to wait another 30mins for the provider. He finally comes in and just tells me he will not drain it and will just give me an antibiotic. I explained to him that i have been given antibiotic before but it never helped. I was told it would need to be drained to avoid it from continuing to return. He brushed me off and said itu2019s going to work. 3 days later I receive a courtesy call to check my progress. I explained that its actually gotten worse, not better. She tells me if i come in by the end of the day, i can see the doctor at no copay since they give 3 days at no charge for a followup visit. Fineu2026. i go back. End up seeing the same provider. Againu2026. He does nothing. Says hes going to give me another antibiotic in addition to the first one. Four days later I wake up with a rash all over my body. I immediately stop taking both medicines. I called them to see what i can do. They tell me i can come back to see what other medicine he can give me but i will be charged my copay. I firmly said no more antibiotic! Why would i want a third antibiotic when i am having a huge allergic reaction. Then she goes on to say perhaps they can give me a cortisone shot but i will have to pay my copay again. I asked for a manager. No manager working (how convenient ). I ended up having to miss work since the rash had gotten so bad and at this point even spread to my face. I ended up finding another doctor at an actual clinic who immediately gave me a cortisone shot and something to help with the itchiness from the rash. Fast forward to today, i get a bill from collections saying i owe then $90 for the 2nd visit (my 72 hour followup that was supposed to be at no charge ). Now im waiting yet again for a manager to call me back. This place is horrible. I wish i never went there!! Avoid this place if you can!!

The staff is all very friendly and helpful but the wait times are insane. I was the only patient in the waiting room and didnu2019t see anyone else come in while I was waiting. I was there for over 3 hours with about 10 minutes actually with a nurse or doctor

came in on Sunday morning and the African American receptionist was off putting. She was not kind and she came off inconsiderate and rude. My mom was actively bleeding and we have had a stressful morning but she didnu2019t pickup on this. She took her sweet time and even made me write out my moms medications before she would letnMy mom see the provider . She was rude and demanding and made me do what she wanted before my mom could go back. InWas very stressed out and in my mind this was notnPriority as I can tell the provider everything they need to know given that I am also a provider . The medication list could have waited.nnWe waited for an 40min before seeing the provider . If it wasnu2019t for my good pressure dressing it would have been messy for them in the waiting room.nnWould I go back? I donu2019t knownnWas the provider good? Yes, I think Dr he was caring and thorough and listened to my concerns and thoughtsnnHow is the front desk and management ? Poor poor with no triaging skills or human skills
