I had a GREAT experience at this place! I was on my usual u201cwandering around the storeu201d shopping trip, looking at supplies for a costume, and exploring all the options. I first met Heidi, who greeted me and another customer. Another employee I didnu2019t get the name of helped me look for some leather supplies. I then remembered I needed some black satin fabric, only to find that slot in the fabrics area empty!! I approached Mary who was very eager to help me grab some from storage, which I very rarely have high hopes about since itu2019s generally hard to find things in storage. But she came back out in less than a minute with my exact fabric! I appreciated all the help I received from employees today, and I think the prices are reasonable for crafting materials (4.99 per yard of satin fabrics)!

This location stinks! Went in to buy basic paint! Kept ringing up $1.79 despite being .99c. So I asked the only cashier for help. She didn't believe me, so my spouse went and took a photo of the products to show her. The cashier still didn't believe us. Then the cashier asked me to show her, and I did. Sure enough, .99c. Then she had to cancel the transaction from self check out and move it to her register. After 10 minutes, she overrides the 3 at 1.79 to 3 at .99, I then try to use my 30% coupon, and she said sorry, I can't let you use it, because I override the prices ( even though that was the price). Count your days Michaels, this sillyness will cause mass Exodus-

So I went in yesterday evening around 8ish to see what the store had for Hanukkah. I walked around a few times and didn't see anything and I asked the employee where are the Hanukkah stuff was. She told me they don't sell that and they don't support that kind of stuff. I will never step foot into the store again and you need to train your employees better to be understanding of other people, faiths, religions and ethnicities. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
