Went here for a DOT pre-employment drug screen and they did not send all the paperwork needed at the laboratory delaying my start date at my new job. Itu2019s been over a week and still have not gotten results back for a simple urinalysis. Just want other drivers to be aware of this.

The technician who drew my blood was phenomenal. This is the first time I've had blood drawn and didn't have a sore arm that hurt when I lifted something. If it wasn't for the tiny bruise and needle mark I would have forgotten I had blood drawn yesterday. Give her a raise!

I was a walk in. Conveniently checked in on a tablet, took less than a minute. Then was called back about 3mins later, so very fast service. Denise was great, very friendly and very good at what she does. Usually I have to get poked 2 or 3 times when getting blood drawn but she got it on the 1st try which makes a world of difference on these kinds of visits. Will be back next time I need blood work done.

I had a similar experience here seven months ago. I waited for 5-10 minutes without knowing I needed an appointment. Today, I walked in and was told no walk-ins were allowed because the lab technician didn't have any assistance. No apologies were given. It would be helpful if they put a sign on the door or called/email people to inform them of the appointment policy. I'm taking my business to LabCorp from now on. They don't waste your time and accept walk-ins.

I don't know of any other business who randomly charges your card SEVEN MONTHS after a service. What a joke. They can't even send you info about why they are charging you, & then you have to call and sit on hold forever and wait to talk to someone. Do not give them your card info, they will abuse it.
