From the minute we stepped foot into this place, I was treated with a friendly smile and staff. My son had pink eye and was extremely uncomfortable. His pediatrician couldnu2019t take us so they recommended Cal Urgent Care. The front desk was efficient in checking us in and within a few minutes we were being ushered into a room. Our doctor was kind, attentive, and even shook my sonu2019s hand. We were given discharge papers with a prescription and out the door within 25 min! Itu2019s a super clean facility with a kid friendly section. Great experience and I WILL be coming here again. Bonus points for a Ghirardelli chocolate bowl!

Great customer service and patient interaction! I was seen quickly and taken seriously. Everyone was super respectful and Doctor Robert was so attentive. Iu2019ve never had a more positive experience with a provider before. Staff was compassionate and had great education styles. I was throughly impressed. My prescriptions were also sent easily to the pharmacy of my choice without any hiccups.

Front desk professional, friendly and attentive. Iu2019m happy I was referred to Cal Urgent Care. Waiting time very reasonable. Robert PA treated patient with dignity , respect and top notch care. Provider has wonderful u201cBedside mannersu201d. Price was reasonable considering that I had to pay out of pocket. I would definitely recommend Cal Urgent Care to anyone that needs urgent care!

Fantastic doctor and staff. Iu2019ve been here twice in the last couple of years and have always been very thankful that we have such a good urgent care so close to home! PA Ruiz and the team here are very kind- and even got me in and out of there really quickly (which is super impressive for an urgent care these days). Front staff and rooming staff were friendly. We were seen quickly. I am giving my experience 2 stars because the physician talked over me when I was explaining my child's symptoms, he spoke quickly and rushed us out the door. They had no one in the waiting room so it shouldn't have been rushed. Also, when I called to ask about the dosage of the medication he prescribed he talked over me and said, that's how I wrote it so I don't know what you want me to do not the most professional response.
