Dr. Simone was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning the issues I was having with my body and my symptoms. She listened to me attentively and answered all of my many questions patiently and honestly too. It would be a much better and healthier place if we had more doctors like her. She made me feel very comfortable because she was very easy to talk to. She really showed me that she cared about my well being and never once tried to rush me out of the room by giving me vague answers or responses. I feel truly blessed to have been seen by Dr. Simone. She is a jewel and an overall great human being and I trust her to take care of me at theUrgent Care facility or anywhere.

Not professional bad attitude not the best service for a doctors office they should have a better attitude towards there patients and who the patients come with. Doctor wise the attitude the lady we had I don't know her name didn't like it at all and neither did my fiancee. Was here for moral support. Her smart ass two sense and the way she talked was not needed. Doctor was too busy on the phone with someone that wasn't a patient and when something was said then she got off the phone and said she had to go to help a patient this is so unproffesional never coming here again.

Took my elderly father for a visit for his knee pain (with an appointment) and still took 2 hours which isnu2019t even the bad part. We went in and the doctor hardly even looked at my father and said u2018yeah weu2019re just gonna give him a shot and get you guys outta here quicku2019. This was my 5th time at this place and none of the have been positive. I advise you go to the ER the wait is terrible, but at least they give you the medical attention you need.

I took my father to this facility location to treat a medical issue he recently had. We checked in successfully using the patient information link that was texted to me. It was fairly easy. As a walk-in, the wait time was reasonable. The staff and doctor were polite, knowledgeable, and respectful that we encountered. The doctor addressed the issue and showed caring and compassion. The exam rooms were clean and orderly. In sum, a very solid experience and worth going here!

Hello, I strongly advise against visiting this place. I must emphasize, do not go there. The doctor, a female African American, was extremely rude. My son, who is unwell, was wearing his mask, yet she entered the room and said he was contagious, Her behavior was just unacceptable; my son felt scared, and as a result, we felt we were treated poorly. He left the car in tears. Itu2019s disheartening to see a lack of compassion for patients, especially when people don't choose to be sick. It's truly sad. ud83dude14nI used my insurance with a co-payment, and I would prefer to take my business elsewhere, to a place where doctors genuinely care about their patients. The office staff, both in the front and back, were nice, but that doctor was exceedingly rude. I hope this message reaches you or management so that necessary changes can be made.
