Awful place. Yesterday I came in urgent care and asked if they could check my baby and they first said yes but they recommended going to valley childrenu2019s instead because they donu2019t have the right staff for ear checks. And then they said they couldnu2019t check his lungs and other stuff and we werenu2019t even asking them to check his lungs so they were making up excuses not to check my baby. so we left and we decided to come back and tell them again within 2 mins if they could check my baby and then the front desk told me u201cwe cannot anymore, we are short on staff now and very occupiedu201d And she looked like she did not want to do her job at all. Or maybe itu2019s because of our race because she looked very happy attending the other races but when it came to my family she had a look on her face. AWHFUL SERVICE, RACISM, AND ATTITUDE.
