I visited this urgent care center late afternoon on Friday, May 2, with a severe nosebleed. I was admitted quickly to a room and seen by someone right away, and my problem was handled efficiently. The PA thoroughly checked my nose and gave me a prescription to help straightening out the severe dryness and problems with my sinus cavity. Everyone was very helpful and caring.

I recently visited HonorHealth Urgent Care due to sickness, weakness, and dizziness, hoping to receive proper medical attention. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite explaining my symptoms thoroughly, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.nnThe staff did not provide a clear diagnosis, and even after discussing a medication plan, I left without the necessary prescription or any real guidance on what to do next. It felt like a waste of time, and I left feeling just as unwell as when I arrived.nnI expected a more thorough evaluation and at least some form of relief, but the visit did not meet even the most basic expectations. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I visited HonorHealth Urgentu00a0Care (Saguaro) earlier today. What a great visit it was. I had just lost my 96-year-old mother and was hesitant in paying a visit due to feeling very depressed, yet I knew I needed to get seen. There must have been a divine intervention that took place during this visit. The attending provider who used to work for a hospice care was an angel; not only did she provide me with exceptional care, she gave me something more powerful than what I was expecting; she provided me with beautiful words of consolation that were priceless! I will always remember this for the rest of my life, and this wonderful person is Tanya Cavallaro-Moretti - NP.

On the Friday after Christmas this facility was fairly quiet. The receptionist was very polite and efficient. The wait to be taken into the examination room was fairly short, but after my blood pressure was taken (3 times!!) due to a high reading when I first entered, there was a rather long wait in the examination room. However, my irritation was soothed when the provider, Brittany Miranda came in and began her exam. She was very kind and listened attentively to my explanation of my pain, then did a very thorough examination before determining the cause of my symptoms and suggesting a remedy. If Brittany Miranda were available for all my medical visits I would be exceedingly happy! The after visit summary that Honor Health provides is excellent as it is not always easy to remember what the provider has said. It is useful to put in my personal medical file at home to keep a record of my various ailments and medical visits. I was very pleased with my visit to this medical facility.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they open at 7:00 rather than 7:30 like Google had said. Their sign-in was quick and efficient and was seen within minutes. Angie and Mini were very caring and knowledgeable. Top notch urgent care.
