Just left there to go to another urgent care. Last time I was there for myself, I had a great experience. This time I was there for my infant. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I told them donu2019t worry about checking me in and I left. To her credit, she called to see why I left upset. I told her I didnu2019t appreciate being given an attitude when Iu2019m there with my sick baby. She, of course, denied giving me an attitude. Thatu2019s fine, Iu2019ll just not come back. Not that they care, but I figured it was worth doing a review. Have a great day.

This review pictured is FALSEu203cufe0f I was there when this mother and teenage son arrived at 1:47pm after 26 mins he chose to act spoiled and disrespectful because they did not see the teenager quick enough he was told when he said he was leaving that he was next and still chose to leave but not before he asked for a school note even though he wasnu2019t seen. Once they said they can provide a note if he was to stay and be seen he got mad and walked out slamming the door.Let me add I was seen after and the staff was AMAZING from the second I walked in the doors until I was done, everyone was kind, respectful and extremely professional!!! This is my walk in of choice due to the staff and doctors. They work diligently to be fast as possible and treat you as a friend in need not just a patient file ud83eudef6ud83cudffd Thank you ladies ud83eudd1eud83cudffd

Charge $100 up front as soon as you walk in the door. If I had $100 in my pocket I would go to primary instead of a walkin center . RIDICULOUS no payment plan & GOD knows how much the cost would come to after they actually saw me. just for some antibiotics for SOB & bronchitis.

Was hung up on while still in the middle of a conversation. This was after the operator denied to let me come in to simply get my BMI checked (height and weight), saying I have to have a reason to come in and get my vitals checked

Google says they close at 7:30 but you better get there by 7:15 or you will get turned away regardless of what kind of pain youu2019re in. Worst walk in Iu2019ve ever been to. Recommend the urgent care over near Eden Hill.
