Friendly professional staff, waiting time was very short. All tests where done on-site; Xray, EKG, Asthma and Oxygen treatments, even steroid injection and I was out within 2 hours...I felt a whole lot better leaving than when I first got there, although I did have the flu. A very pleasant experience.

I hadn't visited a WellStar facility in quite some time prior to this visit on Tuesday 5/20/25... It was quite refreshing compared to trips to other Medical facilities. The staff at WellStar are always professional and thorough.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Came in for an appointment and was told I had to wait for 2 additional hours before I can be seen. When I informed the receptionist I had an appointment she then told me it will be a 15 minute wait. A few minutes later she came by and told me I had to get out because she needed to clean the waiting area. I expressed that I took an uber as I was there for injuries due to a car accident I was in. I had to walk to the Publix next door in pain and she told me I would still have to wait the two hours to be seen. I tried to reach out to their customer service who tried to get me connected to a supervisor at the store but of course no one answered the phone. So now I'm headed home in pain and will be calling corporate.
