Went twice when my fiancee was in pain due to gallstones. One Ultrasound nurse put her in more pain by doing an internal ultrasound and pushing down on the area she was hurting from as my fiancee said to stop she kept pressing and being cold or rude with her. Second visit same reason but this time an ER nurse yelled at her to be quiet because she was crying from her pain. Then we had a bill sent to us after we asked to pay both visits and yet they did not allow us to do so. I do not recommend anyone ever go to this hospital for the emergency room you will be treated like trash and you will regret going here. That staff needs to be disciplined. If I could I would rank it 0 stars. This hospital needs to fire their staff and re hire new ones ASAP.

I have held back my opinion on this hospital for a very long time. This evening I went to the ER with abdominal and back pain. I got there right around 8:30pm. There were 6-7 people ahead of me. The ER was full. My daughter just got out of the hospital ICU after 5 days, the last place I wanted to be was back at the hospital. But Iu2019m in pain. I waited for 6 hours without seeing a doctor before I finally walked out. I mean, I hear of this happening in countries with socialized medicine but Iu2019m just appalled that it is occurring here, and they want us to pay for it! Itu2019s like Iu2019m living in a second world country! I was told itu2019s because of staff shortage. Hm, well maybe if you didnu2019t try to force a vaccine on all these healthcare workers we wouldnu2019t have a shortage??! Maybe if you paid them a livable wage and quit filling administrative pockets that literally donu2019t do shit to change it but continue spouting off the bull shit of u201cweu2019re working on a planu201d with all the money the coal mines bring in, this community deserves better. What are these administrators doing? McDonaldu2019s employees are being paid more than some of the hospitals employees. Our nurses deserve better. So Iu2019m back home, in pain, hoping it isnu2019t something more serious. Total waste of my time. Total waste of my families time to help to get me to the hospital. And not to mention how cruddy it is!! I have pictures too!! I cannot believe in 6 hours I didnu2019t receive treatment!!!! Insanity. This hospital has failed me, and I know it has failed many others, including many people this evening. If something more serious develops they are 100% guilty of negligence. This community needs to quit accepting the bare minimum. And people need to quit coming here to leech every dime they can and put nothing back into this community. The administrators should be ashamed of themselves and should probably resign because the hospital here is ran like a joke. DO BETTER. But doubt it will change, until the administration changes! They just care about $$$$$$

This is an edit to my 5 star review I posted back in June. The reason for the 1 star now is because of the billing department. I was given an estimate for 3,014.35 cents that I signed before the procedure. Fast forward to after the procedure and two months and I received a bill for over 5,700 dollars. I called and asked why it was so different from the estimate I was given and they said they made a mistake and had me sign the wrong estimate. I then explained to them the No Surprise Act and why there are estimates to begin with and I was then told I would get a call back from a supervisor. Fast forward over six months. I have left over 8 VMs doing my due diligence to show that Iu2019m wanting to make this right and pay what is correct and Iu2019ve had zero returned calls from the 2690 number, the number I was told to call, and now I receive a letter threatening to send it to collections. This is very wrong on a lot of different levels and I just left another message. I take pride in taking care of my debts and this place doesnu2019t want to do the right thing and allow me to do so. I hope someone will finally call me back after seeing this and do the right thing so I can change this review back to a positive one.

DO NOT ENTER!!!!! Sister just had a baby. failed the epidural multiple times, she told them the ep was wearing off, SHE COULD STAND AND WALK, they laughed at her and ignored it, she was in to worst pain in her life, and then left a 3rd degree tear unstitched the doctor said it was a small scrape and gave COLD water to clean it she went back several days later feeling like her uterus was about to fall out of her, they let her sit in the ER for 4 hours before even talking to her and then told her there was absolutely nothing they could do, no pain meds, no ice, NOTHING, The more people that come into the hospital the more money they get, they are payed to keep people sick, they don't want to fix you the first time. Everytime you step into that building you owe them money. They want you to keep coming back.

Jenn, in triage, and the nurse in the ER were both exceptional.nDr. Andrew Taecker is amazing as well.nHowevernMy wife left first to go and get the car and get it warm. For some as yet unexplained reason, the doors in the hall were locked and she was forced to go outside into below zero freezing wind unplowed parking lots dangerous dangerous!nCheck out larice awards post for further details and take a gander at my attached and I believe you will understand why we are furious!!!!!nYou can see how much snow there was around the hospital and how hard it was to see the hospital from blocks away.nMaking her go around like that and such freezing weather is unacceptable!nnZERO STARS
