I had a very pleasant experience at Coastal Urgent Care this morning. After an injury involving my calf last night, I hobbled in hoping to be seen quicklyu2014and they did not disappoint. I was taken in almost immediately, with barely a five-minute wait. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I will never go to another urgent care again. Had to go in 2 times this month, both times I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. All the staff is extremely nice, responsive, and diligent. Prescriptions were sent before I even got in my car. An excellent experience that has change my view of urgent cares.

This is the only urgent care I go to in the Cape. They are always so quick, I never have to wait. The staff are excellent. Itu2019s fairly simple to book an appointment online if youu2019re worried they may have a wait. My 5 year old loves Coastal Urgent Care as well. I bring her when I suspect an ear infection or sinus infection, and they are always super kid friendly and fast!

It was extremely easy to make an appointment online. I love how you can check in once you arrive in the parking lot. I know many people are using urgent care but we were seen before our appointed time. They hopped right to it and we were back home within an hour. The best thing Iu2019d like to say is how very impressed I was with the lady at the front and the doctor. Very nice people and didnu2019t seemed stressed or rushed although I know they had a lot on their plate. Kudos to you!

I was thoroughly impressed with this urgent care! There was one person ahead of me and the intake receptionist was very efficient, polite, quick, professional. I waited about 5 minutes, before being called back. The medical assistant was very thorough & genuinely concerned about my issues. When the nurse practitioner came in about 15 minutes later, I received a thorough exam & agreed with her professional assessment and treatment plan. She answered all my questions & I never felt rushed. Check out was quick/easy. I was in and out in 30 minutes. My prescriptions were already sent to my pharmacy before I hit the door to leave. The facility was clean and simple.This is a 10/10!
