Made an appointment for my adult son who has many medical issues months ago, to be told the day of appointment (today)in the office that it has been cancelled with the automated call system. Well I know for a fact I have not cancelled any appointment especially after waiting for months for him to be seen. Not only that but I called the office just last week to verify the time of the appointment and was told the 10th at 9:30. I even went by to get new patient paperwork and filled it out. I chose CFFC because my mom has had excellent care for over 20 years with Dr. Norem. I can only expect the same for him.nYeah Mama Bear is upset. Reschedule when? January 20th!! Ok he will be there and don't even bother calling because I'll keep an eye on that appointment just like I did this one. I'll verify a week before just like this one.

Today I went to the walk-in clinic to have a wart/mole removed. I had called prior to my arrival. When I got there they had had an influx of patients and was unable to see me. I walked next door to speak to someone and was greeted politely and welcoming. The receptionist/intake person, Leslie David was awesome. She understood my frustration and her calm soothing manner made me relax. She went back to the providers and they said they could see me. Ms. Jessica Ritter and her staff worked me in right away. Ms. Jessica Ritter also was very soothing and welcoming and made me feel as if I was the most important person in the world. I truly appreciate this medical practice and am grateful to be their patient. Thank you Ms, Ritter and everyone else.

I love this clinic. I have been coming to this clinic since I was a teenager. I am 36 years old now. This is my favorite clinic always took care of me when I was at my worst. If I had a follow up or something I did not understand they always found another way to explain things to me for me to understand about my health and needs. The staff is very polite and friendly doctors and nurseu2019s all on the same page of caring and understanding. I see James Richard PA-C shouldu2019ve been a doctor under his title but in my eyes he is a doctor. I recommend anybody to come to this clinic they are my second family. Even though the wait is long at times because doctoru2019s or nurseu2019s explaining my health. I rather have someone take time then to be fast and send me out my way. They donu2019t sugarcoat anything even if i donu2019t want to hear it. I rather have someone be real and blunt with me straight to the point. First let me say I have been a patient here for almost 30 years and rarely had an issue, and if so was dealt with quickly. The staff up front is kind, caring, and helpful. I give them gold stars (as I do my usual nurse and carer).... But if you have the misfortunate of being placed with Ms Sullivan, a PA, be prepared to walk out disappointed and angry. She is rude, condescending, dismissive and comes across as though you are wasting her time. I know of many others who have had similar experiences so I know it isnt just me feeling this way. She is going to ruin their practice

If you are black or any POC, please do not go see PA Rittler. My mother went in with symptoms of high blood pressure, PA rittler disregarding all the symptoms my mother stated she was feeling and told her it was her allergies. My mother does not have allergies. PA Rittler then went on to prescribe my mother medication for allergies that she could get over the counter. 2 days later my mother is in the ER and when an MRI scan was done they see what resembled a minor stroke. The symptoms of high blood pressure & cholesterol is what caused it. PA Ritter should NOT have any patients of color since she disregards everything they say, let alone have her license. Please, if you can, go to another provider OR only request to see PA Belflowers. Other than that, this place is a lost cause.
