I have been going to Cape Integrative Health for less than a month, but I am just blown away at how wonderful this practice is so far. It is truly integrative. I see Genevieve for acupuncture and when I bring up issues with her she either does research or refers me to someone else in the practice who can help. I've already seen Jennifer Flynn for PRP treatment. And the two of them work together to make my treatment a success. Like they actually focus on how the 2 efforts can positively impact the success of my treatment. Most medical practices are just there to get you in and out within 15 minutes and bill your insurance company. CIH also takes insurance so the other practices can't use that as an excuse.nnAnother thing that's important is their flexibility. If there is a bump in the road or a glitch, they deal with it! They adjust and handle the problem in a way that makes the most sense for you as the patient, not them and their billing.nnEveryone with whom I've dealt so far is incredibly nice and helpful. I drive about an hour to get there and I look forward to it!

It was my first time, and everyone was welcoming. Check in was easy and friendly. I got fantastic care, and my provider truly listened. She helped me connect with the chiropractor, who helped with an earache Iu2019ve had for months. I left with a care plan, and got a follow up on my next steps the same day. Iu2019m a new patient there and my experience has been wonderful so far! The clinical staff and front desk are welcoming and friendly. I saw Amber for my first ever acupuncture appointment today, and it was so relaxing! Definitely recommend!

Clinicians may be great, but the administrative team needs work. Taken me 4 weeks to try to settle my account. The billing department and 'insurance department' have been totally unreachable. Not worth the cure if they are adding to the illness!

I go here to Krystal for chiropractic work, and James for acupuncture. I have been doing this sort of thing for a long time, but they both far exceeded my expectations. These people donu2019t just dabble in the business. They really know what theyu2019re doing! They both seem intuitive. I leave each visit, texting my husband, u201cHow did they know that!?!u201d I love that Krystal doesnu2019t just start snapping you around. Her approach is gentle and muscle oriented. James was able to (literally-pun intended) pin point my issue and solve it. Also, they arenu2019t trying to sell other products. All green flags.
