There is not a selection for AVOID THIS PLACEIf you are reading this..Pick another place to go.You don't want to go to this place. Other places will treat you better. Called, main number, fax machine picked up, called fax line, fax picked up. called main line again , this time someone answered. i asked if they would be able to do a drug screen today (Saturday) Lady said that there was a sign on the door that said that they would not be doing drug screens on Saturdays. I was there the evening before and did take a picture of the front door with the signs..The signs said no such thing. .When looking at the picture, I was thinking to myself..Why would they continue to post the old incorrect hours on the front door (and the internet) 4 months after placing a sign right beside it that provides notice that their hours are changing. Instead of just updating the current Days/Hours that they would be providing certain services. You would think that a business WANTS you to trust them, be comfortable using their service and feel good about making the decision to even pick them over all the other completion in the first place,Not Confuse you, abuse you ( by treating you rudely) and Making you wish you never wasted your time to come there in the first place.Believe me --- GO Some Where ELSE !... You will be glad you did!!

I use this clinic for all my primary care needs, and I have had a positive experience across the board and this clinic is very convenient, especially compared to other PCPs I have had in the past, where I usually had to wait a few days (at least) for an appointment, even for issues that were very concerning. I get my family planning services, urgent care, and routine check-ups with Dr. Robinson and I must say, I have always been impressed with the staff and service at Capital Urgent Care. Although it's not the fanciest or flashiest clinic, the wait times are short, the staff is caring and professional, and Dr. Robinson provides compassionate and comprehensive care. I had an auto accident that caused me some pain and a lot of stress, and the doctor was very good at talking me through my anxiety about recovering from the experience both physically and emotionally. Also, it's great that they can bill my insurance as a primary care provider when I come in for an office visit! I will definitely continue with Capital Urgent Care.

The worst service I have ever had. No stars is that is the only option.Who owns this urgent care ? I would like a response as to why everyone is such in rush and rude. Yes I came in at 7:30 pm but you close at 8. I clearly had a serious condition. Pelvic pain is nothing to take lightly. If you don't want to be in your position find another job. But don't be rude to customers that come in with health concerns. I have health insurance and paid my co-pay. So please tell me why I was treated as if I'm was interupting your evening by coming to be seen.Your service lacks professional, customer service standards, proper greetings when you walk in the door. The place is not clean or well taken care of. I will go to see a real doctor that actually cares about the type of service they are providing and making sure their patient feels comfortable. If he at any point tells me I should have been seen earlier or who ever you saw should have done more or recommend to go to hospital. I promise you, I will sue you for malpractice.I don't take my life lightly and neither should you if this the profession you choose to embark on.

This is the worst urgent care EVER and will never ever step foot in that place again. They're talking about they don't do billing after 5 pm so whatever charges that are accrued will have to be paid upfront and once the insurance is run then I will be reimbursed. Terrible way to do urgent care business. Sitting there for 20+ minutes filling out paperwork when she should have said that from the moment I checked in. The girl was extremely rude. Upon my leaving she sarcastically states that I'm going to receive a bill from somewhere else. I've been to urgent care many times and have never heard of a policy like that and have never been so rudely treated by a staff at urgent care.

I just started a new job at a local hospital and it was a concern that I had shingles and could be contagious to other co-workers. I was sent for an evaluation from my personal doctor, and I chose to go here and be treated by Dr. Robinson. With in 30 minutes, I was triaged, seen, evaluated and treated. He took the time to explain what Shingles was and what I may experience. He prescribed the best course of treatment and meds for my condition and then gave me a note to release me to full duty after completing my treatment. My Employee health department was very happy and after 1.5 days I was well, returned to full duty with an excused absence. The staff that I encountered were amazing and caring, and very nice and polite to boot! It is so refreshing in this day and age not to be treated as a dollar sign, but as a person with concerns. Great job Capital Urgent Care!
