Went in on Sunday, 12/22/24 around 10:45AM and was checked in, treated, and checked out by 12:30 PM. Now that is FAST. On top of that, they were respectful, understanding, and did a great job of calming my nerves with their humor and kindness. I felt so cared for and it really was exceptional care. Better than any other urgent care I had ever gone to. One of the things that stood out to me was that, before prescribing me anything, they asked for a full list of my current prescriptions to make sure that whatever they prescribed wouldn't have interactions. I know that is supposed to be the standard but not everyone I've seen has done so. It showed an extra level of care that I appreciated. Will definitely come back if I need care again.

What a pleasant experience even though I felt terrible. I walked in there looking crazy lol but they treated me with such respect. I donu2019t know the gentlemanu2019s name that was in the front taking patients, but he was very kind. They saw my situation was urgent and they called me to the back. Jessica was amazing, She made me feel comfortable, even though I was in distress. It was pretty much a speedy but thorough process. PA Martinez was patient with me even though I was asking 1000 questions. I used to go to Elk Grove urgent care, but Iu2019m gonna start coming here. The staff is awesome and I felt heard with my situation. Thank you again to everyone involved in my care!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this urgent care and almost prefer to visit this location over my own general practitioner.nnThe staff are super helpful and the practitioners are great. They always take great care of me and my family members, and are always willing to help us get the meds we need to combat whatever illness we are dealing with.nnIf you find yourself dealing with an acute illness and donu2019t want to wait for your regular doc to schedule you, or deal with the local ER, I highly recommend Sacramento Urgent Care for your medical needs!
