From reception to intake, nursing, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Didn't get all the staff names but Dr. Bruner was superb. He asked the right questions and kept me focused/on track to address one aspect (swelling/rash) of an extremely complex medical history/condition (breast cancer).

I was recently hospitalized for 3 days at Caprock Hospital, in Bryan! I went into the emergency room, and was attended to, almost immediately. After lab tests, etc., I was admitted. The nurses, Maria, Stephanie, Roddy, 1 other male nurse that I didnu2019t get his name, were awesome, as well! The doctors were compassionate and explained everything to us! I canu2019t say enough great things about Caprock!

When one of my bible study members passed out I suggested we take him to a local ER. One of our members who's wife is a nurse suggested he would get better service at CapRock. We couldn't have been more pleased. He was seen immediately. The check-in process was fast and painless. All the doctors, nurses, techs and desk staff were kind, helpful and courteous. The facility was spotless. The doctors (yes he was seen by more than one doc within the first 30 minuets!) were smart, did a thorough physical examination and came to an initial diagnosis quickly. My friend was kept overnight for observation, well fed and cared for and walked out the next day a well person. Dr. Tim Brandon and his team did a great job. I would like to extend a heart felt thank you to Dr. Lon Young and your entire team at CapRock. Keep up the great work.

They are absolutely amazing! From walk-in to meeting the staff, doctor, and nurses. The CT was fast. I was scared of IV but the nurse was so good.. The facility is spacious and clean. The rooms were very nice. They kept me overnight before transferring me for Surgery to St. Joseph. The nurses were very attentive. They are definitely top notch and I and my family will be returning for medical needing an ER.

I walked into the Caprock ER off Fitch, not being able to breathe. Within five minutes I was in the back with all hands on deck doing everything they had to do to regulate my breathing. Everyone there was amazing. They were so helpful and caring. I had to be moved to the hospital for a couple of days. The ER made my transition so easy. I even got hugs will going out the door. My best experience at any ER EVER. This will be my future place to go if I ever need an ER againnnComing into the hospital was another easy transition. I asked if I could have a little extra room so that if one of my daughters wanted to stay, they could. I happened to be the only patient so I got the biggest room. Two beds couch and lots of seating room. Which came in handy when my kids got there. Room for all.nnThe staff here is AMAZING!!! I was not just another person in a bed. I was someone they cared about and wanted to get me better to go home.nnThe ONLY reason they did not get the full five starts is the DR they have is the worst DR I have ever met. He works at another hospital so when ever he has time to stop by to see us he does. It might be 10 am. It might be 7 pm.
