I came in for an urgent care visit and everything was great! The staff were very efficient and professional. It was busy but I didnu2019t have to wait longer than 20 minutes for my visit. Better than the emergency room wait time. The nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful. Tommy and Jarren were outstanding and communicated very well. Definitely would recommend this urgent care.

I came into urgent care the other day and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. The receptionist was kind and the male medical assistant was kinda cute and very helpful with all my questions. The nurse practitioner took great care of me. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone!

Huge waste of time. Referred me to a specialist that had horrible reviews. When I googled them from the office and mentioned that I didnu2019t feel comfortable accepting this referral based on the reviews, the NP told me they u201chadnu2019t actually looked up that doctoru2019s reviews before.u201d They ended up just giving me a generic referral that I didnu2019t actually need. Clearly not doing their due diligence. I wouldnu2019t trust their recommendations based on this experience. Wish I could get my $30 back.

Despite going to wrong location for my appt, I was seen promptly. Iu2019ve never been to an urgent care facility. On the phone they were quick with answers, affordable pricing for my impaired hearing (clogged ear from impacted building-up), and appointment times (my VA clinic wasnu2019t available for some time). In person the front desk, nurse, and Tommy had great client service, knowledge answering all my questions, both humility & friendliness, and skill with the quick fix. Enjoy your vacation and thanks for the difference you make.
