My mother recently underwent a feeding tube procedure performed by Dr. Wilson, and I feel compelled to share the extremely distressing experience she endured. Prior to the procedure, her IV infiltrated and failedu2014meaning she had no access to pain medication. Despite this critical issue, the medical team proceeded with the procedure without verifying the IV line or addressing her pain. Throughout the process, my mother repeatedly expressed that she was in severe pain, yet her concerns were completely disregarded. No effort was made to pause or reassess the situation, and her suffering was essentially ignored. This level of neglect is unacceptable in any medical setting. When my mother returned to her room they had the vascular team come up and look at her IV. It was blatantly obvious that the IV had been blown. The vascular tech was very upset at Dr Wilson and his nurse for not pausing the procedure and had to report this to his manager. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, attentiveness, and basic human dignity. What happened to my mother should never happen to anyone. I sincerely hope that this review leads to some reflection and improvement in patient care practices. No family should have to witness a loved one endure pain that could have been prevented with proper attention and care.

So came in at 1256am because my daughter had fallen and said that her wrist hurts severely along with her lower back and elbow..nThey had us sign in and kept texting that we would be moved to the treatment area however that was at 245am it's now 354am... I went back up to the desk and let them know that my daughter was in pain and could no longer feel her hand and that her pain which was at a 8 went to a 10 and we needed to be seen..nWe watched 14 different people leave and yet here we are still in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I thought this was a great hospital ud83cudfe5 however today apparently is full of lazy ass people who don't want to care about others they would rather sit and gossip about others and play around on their phones.. A gal had come in shortly after us with her 3 day old baby who was having breathing problems and she was and is still sitting here in the dang emergency room waiting... Babies with breathing problems what the heck you are making them wait... Why?? There is some serious issues in this damn hospital that need to start with common sense. I can't believe how rude and condescending this hospital is towards those who have been here for around 4 hours to those who randomly walk in .. Then you left an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair who stated he was in pain with the brake on.. Not okay..

Upon discharge of my grandson, today who is not quite a year old when I asked for help getting him out to the car since I was by myself, and needed to put the car seat back into my car, because the ambulance had needed it to transfer him to the hospital. The nurses on the tenth floor this afternoon promptly gave me a little red wagon and said I could use that to get everything to my car along with my grandson. No one walked me out no one helped me with the wagon they did not even have the curtesy to open the doors and I had my hands full. One pulling the wagon one holding my grandson. I know they could have done that because the nurse on night shift opened them for me from her desk as I left last night. This is the first time in all the hospital visits with family friends and myself that there was no escort given out of the hospital. I think the nurses were too busy sitting on their bums and gossiping to bother with their actual job. Very disappointed

5 hour wait for a 6 month old baby with RSV and struggling to breath and then seen a doctor for 20 minutes. For them to tell us to go home and give him tylenol and if he gets worse to then bring him back in. I was under the impression that with him having issues breathing there would be no wait since he's a baby. But I still waited because I wanted to be on the safe side. Would give more stars if I wasn't told multiple times that he would be seen immediately.
