Update; Effective July 1st, New business hours, see picture for details!nLove this place (as far as clinics go)! I (my kids and I) have been with them for approcimately 10 years, and have seen then at their best and at their worst. I wouldn't change them for any other clinic, they're stuck with me :)

The worst staff including dr Isis you will ever come by, they got no respect at all and they donu2019t honor their word, been told to come at a certain time and when i came in they were like we canu2019t take any more because we need to take a lunch break! and if you are that sick you can just go to an ER, horrible experience and that wasnu2019t the first time they did something like that, unacceptable behavior from people supposedly working in medical field

Says theyu2019re open Saturdays but the door was locked and nobody answered! Showed up at 11am to get a refill on my insulin.

Don't leave without a prescription. I asked and was told no that they send it over. An hour later and another phone call to care 1st still no prescription sent. Called again at 730 to have it be sent since my daughter has horrible pink eye and again nothing sent now stuck her waiting for them to open to call again because still no medicine at the pharmacy-.-

Don't bother calling this place, they never answer their phones your wait time on the phone is over an hour. Nice p.a's and docs who work there but not the rest of their employees suck, they change your appt time without calling you, they never answer their phones, and rude half the time. All they worry about is how fast they can get off the phone with you without helping you first.
