As always, everyone in this building was incredibly friendly and patient with me. The wait time was short, and I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving! The doctor I saw is very kind, knowledgeable, and puts things in easy to understand terms without coming across condescending. The other staff was friendly and accommodating, helping the appointment along. Iu2019ve been coming here for some months now, and this is by far the best urgent care Iu2019ve ever been to!

This was my first time at AFC. I was treated courteously on the phone when I called first. Upon arrival it was easy to complete the usual information on their app. There was almost no wait time at all. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. Did not leave me waiting. My prescription was called in to my pharmacy before I even got out the door. I highly recommend and will make the Commerce location my first choice if I need urgent care again in the future.

Horrible service, gave me two Covid test without consent told me after it was for Covid, even the doctor questioned the nurse in front of me, I asked her why as well. I went in for an irritated throat and walked out with antibiotics, they knew I didnu2019t have COVID. Then I got charged money for it, when I called and asked why I got charged for it when I didnu2019t even give consent for that test, they said if you were concerned about consent why are you asking about money ? Iu2019m so confused, what kind of respond is this? Why are we playing the sales game. This is manipulation, has this happened to anyone else? Please let me know. Iu2019m going to look further into this and if this has happened to anyone else.
