The facility was modern and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start.nnThe staff was incredibly efficient, getting me in and treated quickly without compromising the quality of care. Went in due to a dry cough. Made an appointment on line which was so convenient. Arrived to. Clean empty office. Checked in with the nice receptionist who answered all questions I had. To my surprise, I went in for one thing and upon the Dr doing the regular check up, she informed me I had a foreign object launched in my ear. ud83dude2e Her and the MA were so professional and did all they could to remove the object. Amazing job! My respects to u both for being able to remove this. Very thankful. Saved me a trip to the ENT

Went there for my daughter, very supportive and listen to you.First of all, the receptionist was very helpful and was able to make me appointment over the phone in which it was in 30 mins, I've 5 mins late but still took us in. thank you! Secondly, the doctor check out my daughter out and diagnose her. He gave us her medication and actually heard us out in our daughter needs. Lastly, the facility is very clean, nice, and work fast. Tbh this was fastest urgent care I've been too ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d thank you all

Super easy to make an appointment online, the staff is incredibly friendly, the facility is modern and clean, and everyone has been great with the medical evaluations. We visit at least several times a year for our toddlers and everything is always resolved quickly. So glad to have this resource in town! Downside: No dedicated parking for UC. Sometimes parking can be tough with the gym and in n out.

Great service and care from start to finish. Beginning with the receptionist, who was busy but still helpful and pleasant. Next, the guy who took my vitals, he was very nice. And last, Madison (the Physician) was awesome. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!
