Absolute GARBAGE appt was set for 8:20 to do lab work was here yesterday came back today have been outside since 8am. It is currently 9:09am and the doors are still locked. Havenu2019t been able to speak to anyone since 2pm yesterday I have called over 40x. My prescription needs to be moved to another pharmacy and they wonu2019t answer. Another patient said they were able to get them on the phone yesterday at 4 to confirm their 8am appt today but after waiting an hour they left. So unprofessional , I am disgusted with the service and the disrespect we are receiving. Myself and 3 other patients have been here since 8am. What kind of office is this ??

I have been going to this clinic since I moved to Texas and as a diabetic, I can't say enough about this clinic. From the front office, to the medical assistants to the doctor, it is top notch! Dr. Deepak really cares about his patients and you are not treated like a number. He follows up with you, even calling me once to check on me. What doctor ever does this? I'm impressed with their care and how they conduct business. I have went to many facilities over my life, turned 53 today, in many states, and I have never been afforded better care! I could not be more pleased and highly recommend them to everyone!

Scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Received a call that morning stating that there wouldnu2019t be a provider and that I needed to come earlier or I wouldnu2019t be able to be seen. Because of how much earlier the appointment was I asked if I had a grace period to show up because I had to make work arrangements earlier than expected. I was guaranteed 15 minutes and when I arrived at the 15 minute mark of the grace period I was told that the Dr had already left. Very unprofessional staff and poor communication

8:40 am clinic still closed, appt confirmed yesterday for 8 am. Sign at the door says they open at 8. Called a few times maybe u201cforgotu201d to unlock the door, no answer. So unprofessional and disappointing.
