I needed to get some medical care and found this urgent care center that recently moved to a new location in Niles. I booked an appointment and filled out patient forms online. Couldnu2019t have been easier. I was immediately put in a room when I arrived and my vitals were taken. Then Tiffany Ann, the nurse practitioner, came in, listened to my issues, ordered labs with results ready in 10 minutes, sent prescription orders to the pharmacy and I was on my way home. Everyone I met was helpful and pleasant. Office and treatment room very clean. I am happy there is an urgent care facility so close to my home. Already booked 2nd appointment for check-up.
