She pays attention to every detail and answers all my questions with care. Whether Iu2019m shipping, notarizing documents, or returning Amazon packages, this location handles it allu2014and does it right.nnThis is a full-service UPS Store with top-notch customer service. Oh boy, I really rarely give negative reviews but this oneu2019s a Doozy! There are certain people that should not be in customer service. Unfortunately this store has one young lady that should consider something behind a desk somewhere and not communicating with people. Iu2019ve tried a couple of times, Even strapped on a smile every time I walked in nothing helps. I will go to another store from now on! Itu2019s a shame because this oneu2019s so convenient!

I have been a customer here for a few years and have gotten to know Bria. She goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I needed her help to carry something that was too heavy and she was there to save the day. I had very shy dogs with me who never let strangers pick them up. They went right to her like they knew her for years! I can tell a personu2019s character by the way animals react and interact with them. She has a 5 star rating from a happy customer and 2 Iggys! Thanks for always being kind and helping me Bria! I appreciate you!

The people here are the most unfriendly workers Iu2019ve met since living in Scottsdale. They treat you like you are a burden in their day and itu2019s uncomfortable to come here to ship a package. Highly recommend driving the extra 3-5 minutes to The UPS Store on Northsight for a much more friendly and pleasant experience. Night and day difference between the two stores.

Not a very good experience. They make you use their package to upsell, even though I had a superior packaging. You just get the sense that they intend to take advantage of you.
