When I tell you this was the easiest transaction I have EVER done concerning buying a car, I am not lying. I had been in the market for a car for awhile and happened to see this company down the street from where I work. I did some research and noticed they don't do credit checks. I keep searching their cars for sale and finally found my dream car a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I inquired about it through the website and was told that there were 2 other people interested in the Jeep. So I didn't think anything of it. Well the next week I called them on the phone and spoke with Carrie and she said she needed to make one phone call and then would call me back. She called me back within the hour and said to come on down. I test drove it, for all of 5 minutes, I loved it as soon as I got in it. I came back and said let's do it. We filled out the paperwork, I made my down payment and was ready to go in about 2 hours. Their mechanic even followed me down to our shop to drop off the other car I had drove up there. That was something they didn't have to do, but they love their customers and offer quite a bit of perks when buying a car. I will definitely be back if I ever need another vehicle and have recommended them to several family and friends. Thank you Carrie, Mandy and team.

I have dealt with Carolina motors for years That's why when I needed a car this time I felt comfortable enough to go back to them I went to them the earlier part of the year got a Nissan Altima told them that the car did not sound right the transmission was slipping and they told me that that's the way the car was supposed to sound I got ready to exit off of the highway and the transmission slip so bad I almost got hit from behind had the car towed back to the shop wants the car was told back to the shop they realized that the car needed a transmission they gave me their loaner car to drive once they gave me the loaner to drive on my way back home from work I parked the car at my next job the electrical system went out in their loaner car so they gave me the deposit back on the Altima I had to give them another $500 in order for them to give me another car I had that car for 2 months The car shuts down on me while I am on the highway driving and almost I almost get rear-ended again this time I took it to the shop to have it looked at and come to find out the oil filter in the car was completely clogged and it had been that way for a while so when they supposedly checked everything out on the car they did not check the oil filter was only pushing out @ 3% when I check the oil in the car the oil was clean it was full there was no need to get an oil change because I had not gone 3000 miles so when I crank the car to drive it to the shop to get it checked it sounded like my motor was going come to find out my motor was almost blown because of something that they made the mistake on ce I got the car back to them they got the car back they decided that they wouldn't give me the money back for my deposit but instead they told me that they would fix the car but I would have to give them $2,500 upfront deposit towards the motor and I would have to make a one month payment on the car because I was behind on the car payment simply because I refuse to pay a car payment on the car that I could not drive so as of now that is my story I will no longer recommend Carolina motors to anyone else

Bought a car the and 1 month later the engine was gone.nBuy at your own risk.nBut definitely not worth it.nNow i am stuck with payments and a 5k replacement charge to replace the engine.

Carolina Motors gets ZERO stars. TRASH CARS!!!!! WORSE BUY HERE PAY HERE IN THE WORLD!!!!My car was still in it's warranty and I have replaced over $2000 in parts for my car. (Replaced: Cracked Coolant Pipe, Tension Pulley Belt, Mass Air Flow, and PVC Vail)Each time something went wrong with my car and I called to see if this was covered under my warranty, I was told NO. Now the Engine control module,which is the engines computer that has completely gone out and I'm being told it's a $3000 repair. When I call once again about something else that's gone wrong with the car, I'm being told that it's not in my warranty. From the second day that I got this car it's been one thing after another. CAROLINA MOTORS CARS ARE TRASH.......PLEASE BEWARE. DON'T GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! I sent my car to the shop for the last time.
