I have been a patient here since Spring 2022 ,Hayeli Pirtle APRN CPN is the main one I see mostly but Richard Watkins APRN CPN is who I see when Hayeli & Brandi Kammerer APRN CPN aren't there.nI haven't been the best of a patient by far especially here lately, more like a nightmare and yet everyone that works there from the ladies up front to all the nurses & of course MS Hayeli APRN CNP & Brandi Kammerer APRN CNP Mr Richard APRN CNP respectively have been great people & everyone, everytime I go in, they are always smiling & have the most genuine compassion/concern for me, there all such a joy for me. I might not be in a great mood that day I go in but by the time I leave they have made my day. These people are great, & NOT every Dr office I've been to thru out my life(there's been more than a few) have had staff that are smiling, friendly, talk to you like your a friend/human being and not like a numbered paitent. I highly recommend Southside Family Care as yours/family GP care.nnTo the wonderful ladies up front, I promise to work on being a better patient ud83dude00 for you cause y'all are great people!! ud83eudef6 All of you.

The staff is simply incompetent and not helpful one bit. The nurses are nice and thorough, and Dr Pirtle is an amazing and caring doctor, but she deserves a much better staff. We were supposed to have an ultrasound ordered weeks ago just to find out they never ordered the correct ultrasound. We came back 2 weeks later and were told that they never sent it in and that they would send in the order for it correctly this time, and itu2019s now been another week and we still have not received a call about it being scheduled. Health is not something that should be taken lightly or dismissed. The lazy staff should try harder and do what theyu2019re supposed to do, and they should be inspired to work hard because they have great nurses and a great doctor leading them. They should also learn to answer the phone when they are being called.

Now I know who's my PCP..Southside Family Care!! I have been to different clinics but this one is the BEST! I recommend this place because they provide the best service and friendly staff. Nurse is very nice as well as the doctor. Excellent service!!
